Food Tracking:
I use My Fitness Pal (www.myfitnesspal.com) to count the calories I eat on a daily basis. MFP is a great tool for tracking both your food and your workouts. Enter you data and MFP will create a customized diet profile specifically for your weight loss goals. I track every ounce of food that I put in my mouth...simply put, If I bite it, I write it. this keeps me honest with myself. Even if I decide to have that piece of cake, I log it. MFP is totally free to use.
Exercise:
I workout at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 45 mins; alternating between cardio and strength training. I also use a heart rate monitor during workouts to keep track of how many calories I am burning.
Hydration:
I drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.
